Add Cold Pack Shipping To Your Order

When purchasing meltable items from our shop (such as the tallow balm), purchasing this listing will:

1.  Add insulation (which may include reflective bubble wrap and/or foam insulation) and a Reusable Ice Pack to your Lattes and Lavender Self Care order to keep products cold during transit.

2.  Upgrade the shipping for up to $150 worth of items to Priority Mail for a faster time in transit than our regular ground shipping.  *Please note that this does not change our 5-7 day processing time to make your products.

Cold Shipping is OPTIONAL and not required for an order.  Some of our balms that contain emu oil may separate, if melted. This can be fixed by placing in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival.  Purchasing insulation, cold packs, and faster shipping will decrease the likelihood of this happening.

**Due to circumstances outside of our control, once the package is in the carrier's hands, the purchase of Cold Pack Shipping does NOT come with a guarantee that your products won't melt during transit.**  However, cold packs combined with expedited shipping are often effective for keeping products safe in transit.
