Where do you ship?

US & APO addresses.

I offer free shipping for orders over $35.00 within the United States. This is excluding APO/Alaska/Hawaii addresses.

It’s all good!

Please reach out to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Check to ensure you have submitted the CORRECT shipping address! If you have noticed that you have made an error, please submit that error via Instagram DMs @LATTESANDLAVENDERSELFCARE. I also cannot promise that once the shipping address has been submitted by you, that it will be remedied (as the package may already be in-route). SO PLEASE ENSURE THE PROPER SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. I am a stay-at-home mother with three kiddos + one on the way. Please help me to help you alleviate the situation.

POLICY: If I have already shipped your order, it can take up to 14 days for the package to be rerouted to me (if the address is deemed UNDELIVERABLE by USPS) and returned into my possession. Upon receipt, I will reopen the box and replace items that may not be in good condition, replace the box and ship back out within 24 hours. We will need to reprint a new shipping label which will cost an additional $9.75. Payment will only be accepted through Venmo at @lattesandlavenderoils. Once payment is rendered within 24 hours - only then will I attempt to reship your package. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT RENDER SHIPPING PAYMENT ON TIME / DECIDE YOU NO LONGER WANT YOUR ORDER. I AM A SMALL BUSINESS - NOT AMAZON.

Did you ship my order yet? I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order/shipping!

Easy fix!

If you are not receiving shipping notifications, check your junk mail and check to verify you typed the correct email address. My system automatically sends off order/shipping notifications.

Better yet, subscribe to my newsletters so that my emails are not automatically sent to your “junk” mail.

Do you do custom orders/recipe alterations to products?

No.

I have spent countless hours creating custom orders/changing my recipes/printing new labels for those who have allergies to then not hear back from the customer ever again. This is a deliberate waste of time, money, & services that I cannot get back.

So what you see on my website is what’s available due to previous happenstances. Thank you for understanding!

Do you offer Wholesale/Consignment?

Not any more.

I have made the rather difficult decision to no longer offer wholesale products (until further notice). 

This is due for a couple of huge reasons. 

Not only are my family and I in the middle of a PCS (military cross-country move from Georgia to Montana) - but we have also made the decision to homeschool our kiddos indefinitely. It is of the utmost importance of mine to provide quality products - but also to not be stretched too thin between homemaking/motherhood/homeschooling/small business.

Return & Refund Policy?

Here’s the deal.

Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT do returns or refunds (only exception are accidental duplicate orders - please contact me via Instagram @LATTESANDLAVENDERSELFCARE).

Items are not eligible for a return/refund unless your order arrives damaged. Please contact me (via Instagram @LATTESANDLAVENDERSELFCARE) within 5 days of receiving your order. IF YOU DO NOT INFORM ME WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER I WILL NOT REFUND/REPLACE YOUR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Do you offer local Pick-up?

No.

I do not offer drop-offs due to previous NO-SHOW customers/pick-up orders waiting to get picked up for weeks + being a stay-at-home momma my world revolves around my three homeschooled kiddos + being pregnant, baking sourdough & homemaking + creating your orders!

When should I expect my package?

Depends on USPS.

I am a maker of small batch, hand poured, handmade products and these types of things can take a bit of time. I AM NOT AMAZON.

Do expect your order to be ready for shipment within 7-14 business days.

Another important note: Once your order is updated as SHIPPED, your parcel is now in the hands of the USPS service & when it arrives is purely out of my control, despite labeled postage. Keep in mind that I DO NOT work for the USPS Postal Service. Please contact me via Instagram @LATTESANDLAVENDERSELF CARE if your order is deemed lost at the expense of the USPS service & we will come to a solution. Please do not send me hateful messages through my social media. I understand you may be frustrated, but please do not cast your frustrations towards me about that of which is out of my control. I am able and willing to come up with a positive solution together. You will be banned from my social media & banned from putting in future purchases if I receive hateful messages.

What you see on my website is what I make!

No customs orders as I no longer carry ingredients/materials for products other than what you see on my website - I apologize for the inconvenience.

I only will ever use pure essential oils/ fragrance & ethically sourced and organic supplies and ingredients when possible.

All fragrances & essential oil blends used are:

  • cruelty-free

  • mutagen-free

  • paraben-free

  • phthalate-free

  • Clean burning, biodegradable and natural

  • Skin-Safe: clinically tested and dermatologist reviewed

    Our coconut and soy waxes are gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free and come from renewable sources. The entire blend utilizes only FDA approved waxes.
